Work principle

After feeding materials are extracted through boiling method for certain time, make extracting solution under comparatively high temperature enter concentrator by filtering, after being condensed second steam enters liquid receiver, then convey it to extraction tank with pump, the steam generated by extraction tank is regarded as the heat source of evaporator to ensure the steam generated in time of extraction can be fully utilized, therefore, this equipment has good performance in energy saving. From top to bottom, the solvent dissolves soluble matter in medicinal material through medicinal material layer into the bottom of extraction tank, then sucked into concentrator for concentration. New solvent can be formed when repeating the above process. Extraction is completed (extracted liquid is colorless) after many-time round of big concentration/circulation. At this moment, extracting liquid stops entering the concentrator, which continues operation until required proportion is obtained.
